Been years since we pluck beansprout~ wow never expect to be quite tiring~ *500g* peal and wash clean.. steam 5min with 6 table spoon of water+pinch of salt.. stir with chopped garlic, chopped sesame seed and sesame oil... serve cold..

생선 튀김 Sang Sun Tui Gim (Fried Fish) Inho did it in the korean style.. just marinate with rough salt then deep fried~ Simple n Yums
